How to enter
The registration period commences from October 1st to November 1st * The application period is subject to change without notice.
Contestants must read and agree to the terms presented in the Terms and Conditions agreement.
Each contestant are required to submit 4 photos, taken from front, rear, left, right of the entry work for judging purpose.
Each image file size should be under 4MB, and submitted as JPEG format.
Do not submit image files exceeding the specified size or format. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
All photo submission should ensure clear resolution (with 150dpi). Do not apply camera techniques such as lens distortion and post production effect.
Any fees accrued by your access method and connection to the website are your own responsibility.
All incomplete, illegible, tardy, or duplicate applications, will be disqualified. A duplicate application will disqualify all applications by an individual.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address shortly once you have completed your online application.
The shortlisted entrants will receive further notification from the organizer or official distributor by email or phone.

Participation award
All participants are eligible to obtain an official badge of the GUNPLA BUILDER'S CONTEST 2021.
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the competition, an individual entrant must reside in the areas of the competition at the time of entry.
Minor entrants must have guardian's consent.
Rules
The model must be created with plastic model original kits by BANDAI or BANDAI SPIRITS.
The model must be made by the entrant.
Limit of one entry per person.
If duplicate entries have been found, both entries will be invalid.
The model must be in dimensions no larger than 50cm x 50cm x 50cm. (19.68in x 19.68in x 19.68in)
A part which is made by 3D printer will be not judged.
It is assumed that you have confirmed and accepted this guideline by entering each course.
Works that have been submitted in the past GBWC cannot be applied.
Prohibition
Use of copied and counterfeit products, licensor unauthorized GUNDAM/GUNPLA accessory products are prohibited.
Contestant work, description and other details which are against any rules and regulation from this contest will be forfeited from the contest without any prior notice.
BANDAI SPIRITS has the right to disqualify the entry or delete images from the website if the model is or may be considered as listed below.
Use of copied and counterfeit products are prohibited.
We prohibit the entry of a works which encroach or may encroach upon any third party's portrait rights, intellectual property rights such as copyright and any other rights. (i.e.: No company logos, trademarks, or product lettering (etc.) may be used (unless prior permission has been obtained from the rights-holder). The entrant will be fully responsible for its settlement as well as any cost which may occur in case of any disputes resulting from the submitted models. The entrant is also responsible for compensations for any damages for BANDAI SPIRITS and or the third parties.
Work which is contrary to morality or public order.
Work which contains personal information.
Work which contains slanderous expressions toward certain persons or groups.
Inappropriate works which is not consistent with the purpose of this competition.
Work which is mimicked or copied off of someone else's work.
The entrant will be fully responsible for any settlement as well as any cost which may occur in case of any disputes resulting from the submitted models.
The entrants is also responsible for compensation of any damages to BANDAI SPIRITS and/or the Third Parties.
BANDAI SPIRITS reserved all the rights to its decision.
Any commercial using the name of [GUNPLA BUILDER'S CONTEST 2021] is not allowed.
Notice
Contestants who have break any of the rules and regulation, BANDAI SPIRITS has all rights to disqualify the winner and collect all prizes that were rewarded.
BANDAI SPIRITS will contact the contestant directly if an investigation is needed.
If the contestant is un-contactable, the work may be disqualified.
During the investigation contestant are require to send photos for more reference.
The above contact may be sent to the e-mail address you have applied for.
If mail reception domain is restricted, please cancel the reception restriction of "＠bandai-hobby.net" domain.
Contestant that uses any copyrights background/character that will damage the 3rd parties' brand, may not be able to join the contest or ask to remove the content.
Contestant may need to seek for approval if they're using any 3rd parties' background that they purchase online or from any search engines.
Contestant is not allowed to use their past work that took part in other contest. Also please note that submitted work for this contest will be prohibited to enter the next year's Contest.
Use of submitted work by BANDAI SPIRITS and others
By entering, contestants agree to BANDAI SPIRITS and others who are appointed by BANDAI SPIRITS (us) to use submitted works (photograph, title, comments, winning models' images taken by us, images which were sent to us for the final judging and actual winning pieces) for the purposes listed below.
Contestants also agree to us deciding whether or not to release entrants' name, age, area of residency (states, prefecture and or equivalent to it) as information regarding the entrants.
Publishing in BANDAI Hobby website, GUNDAM.INFO, other websites and publications (including domestic/international TVCM) which are operated/created by us.
Publishing in mediums such as hobby magazines.
Displaying at various events.
Publishing in other forms for the purpose of promoting this competition and GUNPLA.
Contestants agree to us altering images by adjusting colors, cropping, correcting typographical errors in comments and title, editing comments etc. for the purposes listed above.
Confidentiality agreement
By entering the competition, entrants agree to BANDAI SPIRITS using personal information in the conditions listed below.
Managing entries to this competition. (Including confirmation of residence area by IP address.)
Contacting entrants to verify information and/or to announce winners, as well as general inquiry or correspondence.
Displaying the submitted work with the contestant's name etc., as well as other purposes for using works.
We do not share contestant's private information with third parties without entrants' agreement or under conditions that are necessary for fulfilling legal obligations, and to use for publications and other things that are listed on the official rules.

delivering premiums to the participants and winners of campaign in GUNPLA BUILDER'S CONTEST on the ground that it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you. We will not use your data(such as name, residential and email address, pen name, birth data) which can directly identify you when we examine your Gunpla work.;
To show the participants' work with their title and other information (in addition, if you are a winner, your name, age, and name of a city or town where you live) on various publication media managed by BANDAI SPIRITS group companies or third-parties, including events, websites, magazines, TV, etc. on the ground that it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you; and
